Take a look at Boeing right now. They are essentially the same as FedSux. A reputable, reliable company that has evolved into an ethically questionable, unreliable manufacturer that puts a very low value on their once very valuable work force. We are following their footsteps in the forest.

Hi all, quick question. Former FDXer. Talked to a friend a little while ago and he brought up that 4.a.2 has been removed from the contract. Is that true? TIA

Stock price isn’t a good comparison for companies. First, UPS has a lot more shares than FedEx. If you really wanted to compare the two companies with the stock market (horrible comparison tool) you might try market capitalization (stock price multiplied by shares).

UPS Market Cap = 86 Billion
FedEx Market Cap = 68 Billion

Both companies have a lot of problems but an ignorant argument like “FedEx has triple the stock price as UPS” as a way to say it is a better company is hysterical.

Suspended until the next CBA. Then removed.

Exactly. OH ITS A SORE SUBJECT. I wish I was still getting 58 hours right now too. Oh but the peak and blah blah. The company squeezed us on purpose for a year and yeah we should have kept playing is a moronic mentality. AND! This company won't give us a dime. Theyd have opposed us with 10 x the legal fees they'd ever had been required to pay us to NOT pay us. Once again check your time value of money. If you had 12% in ur B Plan since 2023 your 401k would look alot different. And Im not advocating that TA23 was a winner Im saying TIME VALUE of MONEY! And it keeps slipping away. Call a MD guy and ask how 58 hours pays the bills. Or how you stay at a company where your salary can vary by 40-50% month to month. OH I KNOW, YOU SHOULD HAVE A SIDE HUSTLE. Shutting the pie hole is required now.

Whats the time value of a not getting a paycheck because you have been replaced by outsourcing? Last time I checked, no paycheck was worth exactly zero. TA23 was definitely not a winner.
