It's not that complicated.

If in doubt, list it.

What matters is not the failure, but how you take ownership and responsibility.

If you can't understand that, then perhaps you are not suited for the job.

Happy New Year to all!

I didn't mean to dispute listing it I just didn't know what to list such as part 141 stage checks which aren't checkrides. Question 19 I believe pertains to being paid to do training failures such as part 121/135. I list anything and everything on my apps, rather not get the interview than get it and know I'm not suppose to be there.i was just curious what the "at this level" means ha

There is a question in there that says failed stage checks. While there are no paper trials with in house part 141. FedEx is the only app I've seen that requires to disclose stage checks.

Hmmm only thing I saw was phase checks which is military. Delta asks about state checks too

I don't think airline apps asks for it.

FedEx under initial training it asks what training program. Then it says failure/unsat.

Check the Delta Addendum, there is a box that asks about any failures, to include training events. It seems that stage checks is fair game.

Not to derail the thread but delta add. it now says phase check which I believe is military but not sure. I'm putting my stage check failures when I can get a hold of the records.

For FedEx, do you just fill out pilot credentials or is there also something on their site? I don't see anything on their site for pilot openings or a link to PC.

You must have missed it, since this is straight from their website.
