Depends on your fleet and domicile. I just got off reserve after 7 months for 57 MEM, but we stopped hiring to the 57 MEM so anyone junior to me will be reserve until we hire into it again.

new hires are not going to the 757 anymore?

We are hiring a lot more than they can train for the 75. As of now the majority of new hires are going to other fleets.

I think Sept was the last MEM 57 newhire, since then the only 57 slots are going to Europe.

On the A300 it looks like the most junior Feb '17 line holder is a Feb '16 hire. Most junior Secondary/VTO holder is only about 10 from the bottom. Mind you, training can take 3+ months here.

Thank you. That's a long time, 3 straight months or are there breaks in between. I have Day 1 tomorrow.
