Understood. Thanks for the info. Your input is exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks for the reply! To clarify, I haven't done any sortie conversions of my own on the application website, but I'd like to know for myself exactly how the company views my hours. Do they use a .3 sortie conversion, for example, and what time they count towards that currency? (e.g. only turbine time, only complex multi-engine time, etc).

Application Timeline Question
Hello all. I submitted an application on the online FedEx pilot careers website. I have 2 questions:
1: Is this the only place only to apply (unlike some carriers who require airline apps or the like.)
2: How long does it typically take to see any progress on the application? Current status is "Application Received". I have had it in the system for roughly 3-4 weeks now.
Thanks everybody!!

2. It depends on how they like your qualifications and if they do, then how regularly you update. Could be a few months before you hear something, could be never.

I can no longer update my application. I can't access it at all.
It just says, "We have received your application & it is in the review stage."
Anyone else seeing this? Did a window close or something, because I can't even find "Pilot" on jobs anymore.
