How long??
I've had this message for over a week now...
"We have received your application & it is in the review stage. We have an internal team ensuring you submitted a complete application & meet the basic qualifications for the role."
Is this normal? How long until I get the next phase? I'm not asking how long before the call for an interview, I just feel like i'm in limbo here.

Hmm, not sure i know what you mean there. I created an account, filled out all of the pages of the application, i said that I wanted it to be reviewed and I submitted it.
It does seem that i'm missing something. Where would i get this 'invitation' and from whom?

Anybody can fill out a profile online. If they are interested, you will get a email that invites you to submit your profile for a final application. Those that do usually get a call within a week to interview.

Ok. Thanks. I was expecting to fill out the app and then have the "We have received your application & it is in the review stage. We have an internal team ensuring you submitted a complete application & meet the basic qualifications for the role." phase to go by fairly quickly. I thought that second step was going to be the process that took awhile.
So in your opinion, i've done all i can do at this point, correct?
