First off ...
GFY Rock.
Some have moved off the pacifier.
Maybe you haven't.
I don't need BZs and "atta-boys".
I expect better than this TA without question.
In the end, it's an agreement not a business decision.
You have confused the two but that is just stating the obvious.
If you like it, vote for it.
I'm calling a spade a spade.
If you're offended, go crawl back under your namesake.
I was on an extended international trip or I would have been there.
No need to apologize BD.
Still waiting for the profound reasoning to vote YES.

If we vote this TA down, I'll nominate you for our new NC. You can demonstrate the value of holding your breath until you turn blue while negotiating a labor contract.

Thanks for your sarcasm Kronan.
My point is 4300+ have an opportunity to shift the paradigm of the past. But it's probably not possible here. Have yet to see any indication of it. Maybe just wishful thinking.

Sell me against it.
Tell me what you consider concessions and explain how they outweigh the gains. Just make sure they are really concessions. Too many people posting what they "think" instead of what the true facts are.
(ie. huge give back on 22 hour deviation duty day and 6-week bid periods so the company can screw us out of vacation and keep us on the road forever.)

Maybe he is hoping that 4000+ pilots will decide, for once, not to take the path of least resistance. Because taking that path has got us to where we are.

Yesterday, I felt like a bunch of Amway salesman were sitting in front of me. I can recognize a sales job when I see one. I got tired of hearing "the company wanted this; but it is a good deal for us." Really? I have not seen one negative item from the negotiating committee on a video, a call-in or a roadshow yet. Really? I even starting thinking of the "sell" on the Proffer for trips. Who really wanted this? Could it be that the company really wants it because it reduces our folks from calling in sick? Or did the union want it for our flexibility when there are "insufficient reserves?" So again, maybe "the company wanted this, but it is a good deal for us." At least this way we can get our DSA accounts up in order to get more of the SLB.....at 50 cents on the dollar! Reminds me of a broke rapper!
