Apathy breeds corruption and incompetence...

You miss the points of the misrepresentations, the squandering of dues, the, leaking of "MEC only" document, the leaking of the NMB's comments...

If you think this is just "all ok" and a union should run like this, well that's fine for you, but it's not just "all ok" for us and many other pilots.

"We have the greatest opportunity the world has ever seen, as long as we remain honest -- which will be as long as we can keep the attention of our people alive. If they once become inattentive to public affairs, you and I, and Congress and Assemblies, judges and governors would all become wolves."

@classaction, I think you've come to the wrong place if you are looking for support. Though your cause may be just, I think you are going to turn people against you by trying to justify your reasons here. APC is where guys get to crap on each other. And yes,its social media but I don't think you are going to inform a lot of people.

You and I both know that there are many pilots reading APC, but that don't post here. Let them decide for themselves.

I've seen the same tactics used on JetFlyers... personal attacks, ridicule, false information, etc. so that the rest of the group stop reading out of disgust. It would be enlightening to see the real names of those individuals here.

If you truly need ALL FedEx pilots to contribute in order to succeed, then you're doomed.

You promised transparency and accountability in the other forum. Since you offered, how much have you raised, and how many pilots have contributed to date?
We do have support and many pilots that have contributed. Your "group think" tactic of trying to spread the rumor that there is no support is just that, a tactic, and false.

Because we see the same names posting the same undermining statements here and on "other forums" as you so eloquently stated, it is no surprise, since the NMB's statements were released here on APC and then on JetFlyers. All part of the a bad-faith attempt to encourage ratification.

Discovery will bring even more of the truth.

Has your reputable counsel at Jacobson Press & Fields sanctioned these internet forum postings?

You prove my point, thank you.

Question: Why are you so interested in this if you are a non-ALPA, non-FedEx pilot, non-attorney?

So, how many? Or it like Obama's "most transparent administration ever"?

I notice you didn't answer "yes". If they aren't aware of these postings, you might make them aware...generally attorneys don't care for their client running their mouth (or fingers) outside of court.

I don't have to be an attorney to know that...but let's say I might have somebody with more than a passing knowledge of labor & contract law in the family.

As to your question about my interest...are the reasons why an outsider might be interested in four pilots suing their labor union because they didn't like the recently ratified contract and how it was 'sold' to the pilot group, and those four pilots using unrealized expectations of contractual gains as a supporting pillar of their complaint, not self-evident?

This Class Action lawsuit, on behalf of all FedEx pilots, has support. That's what we will release.

That's completely your opinion. Many other FedEx pilots we've spoken to, and that have contributed, don't share your opinion.

That is our concern, letting FedEx pilots know about this lawsuit and letting them make their own decision.
