Default FDX light green Rx on month calendar

I see more peoples calendars with a light green Rx line after their dark green R-days. Sometimes there are trips overlapping , other times no trips overlapping. I remember reading in the new contract that we could voluntarily add Rdays to our calendar. I do not see anyway under Bidline adjustments to add Rdays to your schedule. Anyone else know? This is on B777 Capt calendars. Some guys have all green for their whole month between regular Rdays and these Rx days.

It's voluntary reserve extension. Under activities /reserve activities. Allows them to assign you trips that go out if your footprint. Overage pays 150%.

Does it pay 200% after 12 Credit Hours just like a normal extension?

So are you saying that guys on reserve can't pick up a volunteer trip on their days off? Does a volunteer R day pay R day value, only at 150%? What if you don't get used, what do you get paid? Wouldn't a volunteer trip on days off be better than a volunteer R day on days off?

I'll guarantee that whatever the NC thought it meant, the company is interpreting it differently.

They can't assign you a trip outside your footprint (although they can using phony deadheads) without you volunteering. This is just pre volunteering. They can still revise you out side your footprint using the old 150/200 rules. Its really not all that different from the old contract, just a mechanism to let Crs know that you are willing to volunteer which they used to have to ask you.

If you don't pre volunteer they can still ask you and you can either turn it down or accept.
