I’d say first year would be in the ballpark of about 130k. Ish.
First year FO pay is 513/day, and first year captain pay is 650/day. You can upgrade to captain in about 8 months or so.
Figure an average of about 16 days per month (remember, we run 28 day bud periods, so there’s some overlap)
16 X 513 X 8 = 65,664
FO bonus 10% = 6,566
Captain pay: 650 X 16 X 4 = 41,600
Captain bonus 15%= 6,240
Per diem: (42/day for everyone) 42x16x12 = 8,064
Fuel savings bonus (same for everyone): = 4000
Total year one: 132,134
There’s potential to work and earn more. And we get paid OT for any duty beyond 12 hours and also any extra days are paid between 1.5-3x daily rate based on company need. The hourly OT is (daily rate/12)*3. So one hour of OT on first year pay is 128.25.
Pick up a few OT days and you’ll be sitting right at about 140k your first year.
Second year:
2nd year PIC pay is 670/day
So 16 X 670 X 12 = 128,640
PIC bonus 15% = 19,296
Fuel savings bonus = 4000
Per diem = 8,064
Total second year = 160,000
I’m on second year pay and about to make 180k, but I am also working 18 days per month, too. All of our base pay/benefits and everything are calculated at 195 days per year. That comes out to 16.25 days of pay per month.

Not a material element to picking a job, but I’m genuinely curious on how many points/miles you accumulate at a fractional like Flex and whether you have any say in which airline or hotel chain you’re booked into or fly on for trips. I’m trying to sell my wife on the benefits of earning points/miles to book positive space travel on vs non-rev benefits in the 121 world. Thx in advance!

I started towards the beginning of this year and have enough hotel points with Hilton for a good vacation now. And a good amount of Atlantic bucks for free drinks as well haha! Almost there for the two round trip tickets.

The Hilton points are amazing. You’ll basically be Diamond for your tenure here.
Airline points will vary based on your domicile (major airline hub vs not) and if you work shorter or longer rotations.
Also, you can take advantage of credit card offers (obviously at your own risk) to get extra airline miles.

I was at Flex for one year during Project Lift, so I didn’t get many airline miles, but I ended up with just shy of 500,000 Hilton Points.
I got some sporadic points from other hotels, too. IHG, Marriott, etc, and I’ve used those to get a free night here and there, but the vast majority (obviously) was Hilton.

No current rumors that I'm aware of but that doesn't mean it's not in the works. I wouldn't be surprised to see another increase in 2023/24 to keep up with the industry as pay continues to rise elsewhere.

Great info, thanks for sharing.
Any idea on what type or experience they are hiring with for FO positions?
I have my ATP and hours but no real turbine time or type ratings.
Looking to get back into aviation and not interested in the regionals.

During my interview class there was a bunch of people that were CFI's or had been flying a Caravan and at just 1500 hours. During my initial class there was mostly a mix of ex-regional guys, a few other 135's, and a few with only Caravan time. Flexjet is hiring a large amount and the HR team is good about getting back to you quickly. I would recommend applying. Also a few people in initial were taking the type rating and their ATP ride at the same time.
