Default CFI in Chicagoland?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience or recommendations in the CFI search in the Chicagoland area? Or if anyone has any positive employment experiences being a CFI in Chicago.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards

I know there is training going on at Lake in the Hills airport, Crystal Lake, Dupage, and others. Depending on where you live go check a few out.

I've been using Blue Skies Flying Service in Lake in the Hills, 3CK, to get back into flying. I did my BFR and IPC with them and they are one of the best schools in the area. They've also won awards for the best flight school and national CFI last year. Nice, well-maintained fleet and each aircraft is hangared year-round. Check them out: https://flyblueskies.com/

+1 for Blues Skies.

I have also heard good things about Skill Aviation in Waukegan.
