I would recommend an in person ground school if possible. Group learning can be more beneficial, as well as the ability to ask questions.
Otherwise, Sporty's/King Schools/ASA are pretty much all the same. The key is to READ in addition to your videos. Get an instrument ground school textbook and read the appropriate chapters as you go through the videos. You will never learn enough to be a proficient pilot if you just watch videos.

If you happen to be flying a C172, I’d recommend this, I used this course for my instrument rating. It’s tailored specifically for the 172, and it will prepare you for the knowledge test as well.

Instrument ground school does not teach you how to fly a specific airplane -- it teaches you how to use instruments which could be found in any airplane. A VOR or HSI will function the same in a fuel injected C172 as it will a carburated PA28. There are specific courses you can buy online that will teach you how to use specific models of GPS, but you're not likely to find that within an instrument ground school course because it's by nature trying to teach to the masses.

as the other poster said, it teaches you how to use the instruments, not how to fly the airplane. You’re already expected to know that since you have your private. But anyways, that course I linked in my post explains instrumentation on both the G1000 and steam gauge 172s.
