Guys/Girls,
I would really be careful with all of this as mentioned above by someone there are many gray areas and the FAA can pretty much do what they want when they want , so your 60k + investment in your wallet is pretty critical at this point Im not trying to run the show but just saying becareful with it if you do go ahead and make the decision to operate a little scenic run here and there.... LOL

Kinda covers it from the 135 aspect.
