I heard this the other day but have not been able to confirm it.
1) CA Marvin Renslow - Colgan 3407
2) CA that took off on wrong runway in Lexington, KY - Comair 5191
3) CA Jesse Rhodes - dual engine flameout during repo flight at FL410 - Pinnacle 3701
I heard that they were all trained by Gulfstream Academy. Can anyone confirm this?

Hi there, I don't have any information about Gulfstream but I know one thing that is almost everyone has an opinion on this topic. Pilots ( not all ) say all sorts of bad things in regard of that academy. My true and friendly advice to you --- don't listen to anything negative about it. It is your way and your money and your life. Everyone can talk but no one really cares if you struggle through your aviation career. You have to do what you have to do. I am the same way. I don't want to instruct and sit around ( for $ 25/hr ) flying 172. If you can get your hands on something more sophisticated then go get it.
The matter of the fact, I finished AllATPs too back in 2004 but I ran out of money for my CFI's.
