There's a flare! There's always a flare, and don't let someone tell you it "lands flat", you gotta raise the nose just the same. Maybe not raise it crazy high, but you can't land at your descent rate (that's the flare! ). It is super fun though, I enjoyed my time in it. Just like flying a nice strong single engine with the P-factor.

If you flare it like a 172 you will hit the tail. It hangs very low and the plane lands pretty flat.

I'd never use "flat" to describe it, it lands nose-up, just lower than a C172 (more like a seminole). If I say "flat", then people start doing dangerous 3-pt landings, bouncing, not arresting descent rate, "freezing up" during roundout, etc. That's why there's always a "flare". It's a blast to land and pretty easy, but still requires pilot intervention
