First solo flight
Instructor scheduled a solo flight for me this weekend. She said this isn't the usual protocol, but trusts my competence. I am ahead of schedule, according to her, but a bit nervous. Suggestions? I am focusing on dry time and emergency procedures. What did others to to calm nerves if any?

Enjoy it! You only get one first solo flight and it'll be very exciting; something you'll always remember.
She wouldn't be authorizing you for it if she didn't think you were ready...just remember your training and keep everything slow and deliberate.

The feelings of nerves will be taken over by pride and excitment as soon as you get into the air. She wouldn't sign off on it ahead of schedule unless she was 1,000% sure you were ready. That feeling doesnt come around often in life, so enjoy it. Not sure if you were/are an athlete, but the only thing I can compare it to is winning a big game or making a huge play. Have fun!

I'd honestly be worried for you if you weren't nervous
Just remember one thing... airspeed=life
You wouldn't have been signed off if you weren't ready.
I still remember my first solo like it was yesterday. Enjoy it! You only get one!
