I recently worked at Sierra over this past Christmas for a month when I was home from college. The company is under new ownership and is trying to get back to good quality flight training for the students. I had two students flying in the C152. Planes were well maintained from what I could tell. The chief instructor is a very nice guy. Starting pay for just a cfi is 22/hr. There wasn't a lot of students when I was there but they were getting ready to bring in more students from both China and Korea. It's a good experience for any instructors and the company is a lot better.

This sounds (and it looks, I've been there) so much like old bankrupt ripoffs like Euro American School of Aviation etc.
You'll find one day they just close the operations, and everyone who prepaid or had any sort of commitments were out of their money.
Avoid.
