Default Time building in South Florida

Looking to build about 50hrs within the next two months in the Miami area. Currently working as a CFI, but flight time has been slow as of late. Need another 130 to meet R-ATP mins, before training in January.

I have an aircraft priced out at $50/hr dry, so $25/hr each plus fuel.

Let me know if anyone is interested

Drive up to North Perry and take a look at ATA Flight school. Why pay for flight time?

How did you plan on legally splitting the flight time?
Just because you have a CFI doesn't mean you can just log "instruction given" without any instruction taking place.

maybe one goes under the hood and one is safety pilot, both can log the time.

I'm just pressed for time right now. I have training starting January 6th, and want to move home back to MI before the holidays. At this current rate, I won't make it, and would like to avoid pushing back the training.

Im in south Florida and need additional hours but don't have my ppl checkride with the faa until dec. 5th. I'm trying to accumulate 80tt for flight school after ppl is finished. I'm at 50 hours right now. I'll probably need an additional 20. Also from Michigan

What's wrong with it? You don't like people splitting time?

He can give instruction very easily, and legally log the time. It's not hard to do.

So it's within regulation for us both to log the hours as long as I'm under the hood and he's giving some sort of instruction?
