These are difficult times for those who have been or are looking at the prospects at being furloughed. Any job offer may look fantastic. Don’t be afraid to print off the pay and benefits as well as terms and conditions of the offer, and use it as a check list during the interview to double check the validity. That is the time to discuss any inconsistency(ies). Never sell your self respect down the river for any job.
Before signing on the dotted line, make sure the formal contract contains at least the minimum as warranted during the interview, for you may regret your actions… just to get a flying job.
Do your due diligence too. Research your prospective airline, and or contracting agency your are considering entering a relationship with to avoid any potential problems. The usual BS reviews can be filtered out.
