Hey guys, I'm a little late to the party. What's the timeframe from call to interview to class date? I've also noticed they closed their window on the 31st? Any rumors on when it will re-open? Are they known to take Mad Dog drivers?
Thanks in advance.

From what I've been told, hiring will continue all year. Nothing is fixed in the Interview timeline as things have been a bit jumbled. Essentially there are now 5 fleets, 320, 330/340, 380, 777, and 787. Hiring has been to both Bus and Boeing, but the bidding system was thrown out the window for most of last year as a multitude of fleet changes were made in order to balance out experience across the different types. Lots of pilots recently have been non typed, but preference is always given to those with experience. As far as what fleet to expect, nothing is for certain until you are sitting in class after the first week of indoc. The only certainty is no direct entry to the 380.

One more question, since I don't know much about regs there. For the long haul stuff what are you guys getting for rest on the road? Anything over 24 hours? On the short haul A320 stuff can they still reduce rest you down to 8 like the pre Part 117 regs here? Thx

Waiting for A320 invitation (with experience)
Hi guys, any of you is also waiting for the recruitment? A friend of me and myself are waiting now for more than one year for invitation with about 2500h total time and 2300 on the A320.
Anybody in the same situation?
When can we expect interview dates?
With Qatar things become faster now as I heard?
Many thanks for any guess.....

777 non type F/o
Hello guys , I am interested in the above position .
tt3300
1700 737 efis
I understand that recruitment is currently swamped and its taking a long time for guys to get called. However I have been told that going to a road show helps speed up the process of getting invited to abudhabi. Anyone know any upcoming roadshow anywhere in the world?
