I cannot see any numbers you posted, what is the purpose of your post? Are you comparing payscales or what is going on there?

To view the full size picture, if you are on a pc right click and than click view picture, if on a droid hold your finger on the pic and click view picture, can't help you on iJunk, they make simple things a pita, you probably have to save the picture or something instead of being simple like a droid.

No new info, just an easier and quicker way to compare all 4 schedules and pay, lined up by year and position, a corner of the full pic attached below.

Thought the cutout would show better but it's almost as bad, do the same thing hold your finger on the picture and click view picture and it will show up full size, might have to double tap it to make it full size after it shows up.

Would you please be kind enough to explain how many days are worked per schedule?

Those number are total days over a 4 month trimester. So 52 days = 13 days/month 60 is 15 days, 72 is 18 days and 76 is 19 per month. They can add or subtract 2 days per month but the total for the quarter has to be less than or equal to 52, 60, 72 or 76. Schedules are bid 4 months in advance so you aren't stuck on one schedule the whole year.

We operate in a "trimester" bid schedule. IE: 4 months per bid period.

The "standard" schedule is 7 on, 7 off so you end up working roughly 15 days per month. The major advantage is predictability. On the 7-7, I know exactly when I'll be working for the next year.

The CC or "Crew Choice" schedules refer to 52, 60, 72, or 76 work days per trimester. Those schedules fluctuate and are not firm until the 15th of the month prior. Some people are prohibited from bidding certain schedules based on their equipment or base city. You can see the financial incentive to bid the 72 and 76 day schedules.

All the CC schedules have a "Preferential Bidding" system designed to allow you to weight certain preferences of tour length or specific days off and so forth. From most accounts, it is completely worthless and the system pretty much disregards what you would like.

In my view, our entire scheduling system is entirely too complicated and was a total failure by our negotiating committee. One of many as it happens. But that's just my opinion.

So one more question. I only see on many up to 14 years in service. What about someone with 20 years with the company? How does the bonus work?

It is a "non-compounding" bonus that you get each year. And the number listed is the maximum you can receive. If you had a leave of some sort during the year, you won't receive the max amount. Another retarded feature of our contract. Just make a higher pay scale for the longer service. Sheesh...
