I just can not figure out why any 121 guy would want to have frax as a retirement job. I mean save your money and retire and fly for fun if you still have the urge.
Nothing like getting a speeding ticket for going 251 below 10K feet cause your Captain is looking at turtles....

I guesss there’s nothing like a newbie millennial who can’t be disciplined enough to fly their jet I/A/W the profiles contained within their manual system. But hey... enjoy the participation trophy in the bedroom of your Mom and Dad’s house. Now that’s an accomplishment to be proud of.
What’s weird is the dude that got caught speeding isn’t a milleniel. Really strange....
Why would a Mom and Dad have a kids trophy in their room? Seriously that’s a little creepy man...do you keep your kids trophies in your room? If so why?

The thing 121 guys should really take note of is how hard most these Fractional crews work . An 8 on 6 off schedule after having worked 9 to 12 days a month of 1 or 2 leg days at your airline is lots more work. Plus most the fraction companies are real good at using you the full duty day followed by a realitvly short layover. An airport friend who does this type work said he had no doubt an airline guy could do the job but beware of what you are getting into .
