Default 121 PIC vs FAA PIC

When moving from a 121 to a Fractional, did you convert you PF time as FAA PIC time for your fractional/bizjet resume/application?

If it’s for a rating, all sole manipulator time I can log i’m going to count. If it’s for a job interview, I’m only counting time I’ve signed for the aircraft.

Don’t do it at NetJets. It will be seen as dishonest. They do not have a minimum PIC time for applicants. If your resume doesn’t match your training records, and they will get all of your training records, it will be game over. Why take the risk?

My question was purely to understand, never in the intent to boost PIC time or not, just to make sure the cv is done properly since theres a big difference between FAA PIC definition and 121.

Unless stated differently, assume any employer is looking for “time when you had signed the release/were ultimately responsible for the aircraft” PIC time and not sole manipulator.

I don’t know of many companies that care about the time you were pilot flying. But they all care about the time you were the one responsible for making decisions. That’s the only PIC time that should be on a resume or application.

PIC = The name listed on the release as such.

Unless you go to flexjet and listen to RH claim the airlines consider sole manipulator counts as PIC (the airlines absolutely don't btw regardless of what he spouts), he's quite the tool and doesn't know what he's talking about, just more of the lies and spin spouted by flex management for those who are willing to be his lemmings.
