Where are most captains coming from prior to PS in order to get multi-time?

That I cannot answer with 100% certainty. Some were prior 91 in light twins or MEIs. Some of the senior guys were in the jet program here which aided in that as well. Captains at PS have a positive image in the aviation community as work horses and are generally viewed Ina positive light with respect to other 91k 135 operators mentioned above. I cannot speak from the major side of things. I've got zero experience. Another guy went to virgin Atlantic also now that I think of it which ended up as part of Alaskan.

Been thinkin about going back to PS. Ive been out of the flying game since i left in 2017. Just about everybody from my class is at the regionals but i dont have the hours for that yet. Sittin at 1,000 trying to decide.

Do you think they would take you back? Not many companies will rehire especially since you left (likely) before you finished out your initial contract. I would consider another company. PS is not as focused on recruitment as compared to retention. However, some new management may change that focus. A well worded cover letter is certainly in order.

Why did you leave if you didn’t have ATP mins or another flying job?
