Some updates for Plane Sense
The application window will reopen in 2025. Interviews and classes for new hires will restart after the application window opens. Currently the only FOs being hired are those currently working for Plane Sense.
The hours for a First Officer to enter the Captain upgrade program is now 1400 instead of 1500. There will be a Captain upgrade class every month.
The Company's PC-12 simulator should be operational in October and all training will be done using that simulator. No more 0100 simulator times.

Currently Plane Sense is using the Flight Safety simulators in DEN and DFW for all checkrides for New Hire and Captain upgrade. Additional most IPCs and some recurrent checkrides are done in those simulators. Once the Plane Sense simulator is operational everything, including night currency, will be done in the simulator. The only thing that will be done in an airplane will be the annual line check.

Would anyone be willing to send me the current Planesense contract/pay-scales for PC-24 pilots?
Its a bit self-serving. We are a long time charter operator but recently purchased a few PC-24s to launch a fractional program. Historically we operated a very loose schedule for our pilots, and loose salary (aka everyone was different) but probably need to formalize a structure.
We are commited to exceeding the market for pay and work-life balance. But its been a few years since I had firsthand knowledge of the Net/Flex/Planesense pay structures. If anyone has some hard details to share, please send them over. Also would love to hear what would really attract long terms pilots (aka 3+ years tenure).

Thanks I did see those and they help some with the main items like base pay. But the employement agreement often has the things that really make people happy or angry if anyone has 1st hand knowledge to send along.
