Hiring will continue, it's all based on need. We just don't plan on expanding class size right now due to training department capacity. Growth is slow and steady, attrition may pick up.

Thanks! I guess I'll just apply sooner rather than later!

My buddy used this site for PSA when he interviewed there.

That site is pretty accurate. Sim is a Frasca representing a Bonanza.

18K for FO then another 18K for CA?

So its potentially a 3 year commitment to the company?

I may be incorrect on the specifics, but the Captain contract is 12K and 1 year. They are concurrent, not additional - if you upgrade within your first contract, the captain one is just added on in cost, but not time. If you don't like it, you can always leave and roll the dice to see if they will come after you for the money.

They will come after you. But you don't need to pay it.

It's crazy to think that they want people signing on for both of those.

I wouldn't let the contract keep you from going there. But I also would look at the big picture. Hurting for pilots... And want people to sign two contracts?

Supply and demand. May want to think about another recruiting measure, such as better pay? Work rule? Maybe QOL? I think that might help keep people around.

They've been introducing some decent recruiting tools, such as expanded basing and lower total time requirements, and some other QOL/pay increases that may help keep attrition in check. That MAY is a big one. The company hasn't had to deal with a hiring environment like we are in right now, and it will certainly be a challenge finding the right mix of tools to retain the experience they have.
