My first year I flew 680. The low end right now is around 500 hrs or so with the high end in the mid 800s.
We see a mix of folks leaving in the 1500 range, some staying to be a captain for awhile, and some leaving before their contract is up. It depends.

Contract?
How much do you have to pay back if you break it?
500-800 doesn't sound bad at all.
Can you pick up extra trips in your first 6 months?
30k for first 6months
Second 6months is 5k extra.

Read back a few years pages. Anyway, it's 18 months at $12000, prorated by month. You may or may not have to pay it back.
You can pick up extra "trips" on overtime. Rate is $350/day. In the summer they may raise the rate based on owner demand.
Pay is what it is. I've talked about it before, but the company may address FO pay in the future based on recruiting and retention. They have a history of keeping up with the "curve", but not staying ahead of it.
