BWI is the new OAK, and in 7 years I’ve worked 1.5 Xmas and 0 thanksgivings.

Sounds about right.
New hires can pretty much go to any base right now except for Dallas and Houston.
Houston can be had within two months after IOE, which means you only commute for one month. Dallas takes 3 to 4 months. There’s a ton of scheduling flexibility at SWA.
