It will for those that are able to acquire lots of extended days and FDP and generally work many, many days more per month to do so- i know at least one SIC that has broken 400K and a couple of Latitude pilots who did more than 450K, but they worked a ridiculous amount of days to do it. I agree it will never get there for those who do the 7&7 or 52 day with no extra days and I agree with those that say if you want Delta wages, go to Delta. I do believe we can achieve large gains, but I don't believe we will ever have parity with the big 4, fedex and ups. Maybe, just maybe approaching JetBlue or Alaska, but probably not catching the retirement contributions and probably still requiring some extra days.

I agree. But I meant "compared base pay for base pay", maybe even using the CC72, we will not get parity for to a monthly min. guarantee at DL or UA. I would be happy if we could catch up JetBlue and Alaska, keep our health insurance, get a dc into our 401K like them too. We can achieve larger gains, improve on soft money, use it to control schedule quality while on tour.
In the mean tie, we seem to be really focused on crew food and hotels

Bozo has told some classes in the past that he wants to take away the salary (“base pay”) and pay us like an airline. I’d be all for that. Say we get 4.0 credit for every duty/vacation/PTO/sick/fatigue day. VED/VAWD credits 12.0, after midnight 20.0.

$250/hour or so for the junior side. Or whatever delta + a bunch is. Then they can brag they pay better than delta.

cc48 makes less than 7/7 makes less than cc76 makes less than cc100.

2:1 duty rig. Maybe 1:1 for over 14 OT on travel days or some such system.

who says no?

What’s with the name calling? Would you raise your hand in recurrent and address him as that?

It’s childish and immature.

Of course not, Alan. My union speaks for me. I wouldn’t say anything in class, but you know that.

Bozo’s a scumbag, defend him if you like. Birds of a feather and all that.

Ahhhh yes the silent treatment you really show management when you do that. All you really do is free up their day to get more work done because nobody is asking questions.

You wouldn’t call him Bozo or a scumbag in the hallway but you’ll do it online anonymously got it.

When you are trying to make a point not even addressing the name properly really detracts from your point.

The more you know…..

Come on Loopy, the name calling really fuels the rumors that guys like you are in it more for the fight and the anger of a failed career at the airliners than actually for negotiating. AB is far from a sb, luckily actually, you wouldn't be here if he was. I don't understand why you're still at the company if not purely to seed dissent, chaos and be bitter because for whatever reason, the Big 3 didn't want you, so you're stuck and angry about it. Explain all that bitterness. What a sad life.

Never applied to a 121 airline in my nearly 50 years of flying professionally. Flew for some great families before making Executive Jet a home.

I’m here until they kick me out in January and I’ll give them every ounce of fight I can until then. Afterwards, all I can do is offer my support and walk the picket line with former coworkers.

Your projection is showing.

I hope they do have more time to do their jobs rather than spread their delusional lies. You and I get a CRB and a foot in the ass if we skirt the boundaries of the truth. They get a bonus. I’d rather they get back to the office and do whatever it is they do than try to convince one more pilot on the seniority list here that they’re one of the good guys.

But I’ve never cared about being a bubba. You do you.
