How long did you have your app in? Any other info? Thanks

App has been in since Dec last year. Updated regularly. Had an internal walk my stuff in. Everyone interviewing had contact(s) at XOJET.

Where do the XO pilots hang out in Dallas so I can buy them a beer and get a contact?

I feel about the same. Does anyone know if FO's are being hired at their mins or is there a big difference between the mins and competitive times?

They are being hired at their mins. What is competative here varies... I don't know that we have a competative minimum. It's more about the person which is why internal recs go so far.

This sounds like a neat place to work and I have the time to apply. Just gotta figure out what to do about the internal reqs. Would they consider outside reqs?

Does anyone know if there are any former WestAir or SkyWest guys at XOJET? I'd love to work for a well run operation and get out of the 121 nightmare... I've kept my application updated @ XJ for a few months but have no internal reccommendations.

I hate trolling for internal recs but I know I've helped out friends of friends getting interviews @ SkyWest and I guess I'm hoping what comes around goes around.

Thanks in advance for any assistance or information.

Cheers.

I am also trying to get the networking machine going, as Aileronjam is...

Does anyone on this forum know if there are any former F9 pilots at XOJet?

Thanks.
