I truly hope so. There are few at the front, and XOJet is one of those few. I sincerely hope to be fortunate enough to be a contributor to one of the very best companies, in the very best portion of the industry.
I am still working hard to maximize the few contacts that I have made, and always updating as promised.
The longevity of this thread indicates the attractiveness of this company, and of the fractional ownership industry in general.

For those of you with internal recs, have you had those recs forward a letter or something to HR, or just note them on the application? I know a couple of people who work at XOJET but are not pilots. Do I need to have them talk to someone, or is just listing them on the application enough? I keep checking my email hoping there will be something from XOJET beyond the thanks for applying message.

They just interviewed around 26-30 people over the past couple weeks. Not sure how many were hired but I know new classes are starting in Sept. and supposed to be October and then maybe November. I dont know about any future interview dates but I was told they would interview all that they needed for future dates and hiring pools during the past couple weeks so I believe they filled everything for the rest of the year, maybe leading into the beginning of next year.

The employee needs to make a reccomendation on your behalf.
