Is it worth putting in 2 or 3 extra employment pages? My concern is I do have customer service experience from retail management more than a decade ago. Its not airline customer service experience and may sound a bit cheesy, but I'm thinking this may give me a bit of a leg up over other military pilots who didn't start their professional lives in the civilian sector.
Is it too much to go back over a decade and fill out a couple extra pages? Would it look like I'm trying too hard? Would going back more than 10 years show I don't have attention to detail and didn't follow the instructions?

I just wanted to again offer an Adobe .pdf file of the latest NetJets Application that I still can't take full credit for. It can be filled out with the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader and uses a simple "typewriter" function. Just email me at [email protected] if you would like to get a hold of the file. NetJets is still a great opportunity for military, 91, 121, and 135 pilots and get your application in AT LEAST 8-12 months out from needing a job. Unfortunately, there is a long wait right now so please be patient and get prepared as much as possible because we are still hiring and interviewing. Congratulations RJetpaully on your quicker interview and good luck! You should provide some input on here for others about the phone interview. My recommendation still stands that you should not wait to apply because you may or may not get an interview as quickly and thus your wait could be longer. I've heard some pilots have had to take other jobs while waiting because they needed an income. Again, good luck to you all!
