Default NetJets App

Anyone found a way to fill out the Net Jets app by computer? Anyway to add text to the PFD file? My handwriting no matter how hard I try will never look good and I'm hoping to find a way to type it out. I've got some computer skills but not a lot so please don't use too many fancy terms. Thanks for any help.

You can buy the professional version of Adobe Acrobat 8 for like $450, or you can try using the free trial version of it for 30 days, and hope thats enough. Not sure it'll work, but its worth a try. Go Here:

I used the free trial of Adobe, not real user freindly but with a little practice and some patience it worked fine.

Print the app.and go to your local library, most, if not all libraries have typewriters. Its time consuming, but it looks prety good at the end. Also, don't use cheap paper, go to office depot, they have fine resume paper, each packet is less than 5 dls...

It is kind of funny they did this. I actually scanned mine into a computer and used the free copy of ADOBE to fill it in. I then printed it out on a color printer with nice paper and sent it in. They sent it back saying they do not accept copies of their application.....lol. It looked better than you could make it look hand writting it. I actually did this before the new online version.

eddieflyer,

As indicated, you can print it out and fill in by hand or typewriter. Or, using Acrobat Standard, fill it out using the "type" function. To fill out the total time page, just rotate it, then fill it out. You can also use a graphics program to convert to a jpeg then fill in with the text function, then reconvert to a pdf (which you can do with word if you want).

Obviously the easiest way is to fill out by hand. Not a solution for me due to poor penmanship. The best way is via acrobat. Lots of options in between, just no simple solutions.

Anyone here got an interview since they got the app accepted email lately? Couple of guys on FI got an interview date a couple of WEEKS after the acceptance email. Thats a lot faster than I was thinking interviews were going to happen.
