Truckload of airplanes on order. However until later this year we are only taking delivery of appx 1 airplane per month. Which means only about 6 newhires per month. Very small number in relationship to apps on file. Don't let this discourage, just explain why calls arent going out all the time. Hiring is happening and next year will accelerate with upwards of 3-4 deliveries per month.
The positive aspect of this very selective screening is every person I have flown with in the past year and a half, I would gladly fly with again.

Are the CL300's still on track for delivery in September? Was the original plan to take one CE750 a month or is that a recent change?

Been searching to find more info, but decided enough was enough and I'll take the easy way out and just ask.
Do LORs from employees other than pilots count? I don't know anyone that flies there, but know a couple folks working there in other capacities, would that be enough to maybe get my app noticed?
Also, I think I read that they pay something like 90% salary during training and have a 8 on 6 off schedule. Is that correct? Anyone know what their health benefits are like, and when they kick in? Can't be much worse than my regional now, I hope.
Thanks
