Can anyone describe the overall interview experience with XO? Travel and hotel info would be great. How is FO pay? When will the first 300 be on property? Thank you in advance.

Can't describe the interview really, haven't been there. Buddy said it was more of a get to know you interview than a technical one. Airline and hotel are paid for the interview. First year FO around $55k. 300's start arriving in September. Get your stuff in ASAP, been waiting 6 months already.

Same here. I hear it is an amazing place to be. I believe that getting in now would be a great time. I really hope I get the call.

I've got something in, too. However, if you look at the website, they're looking for CFR 91 and 135 experience. The only 91 experiense I have is teaching and getting ratings. The rest is 121.

However, if they're gonna go inter-continental then I may have I chance. Been to the sandbox with ATA more than once. Having said that, I've heard of no one at ATA that's even interviewed at XOJet. One of ours said that he spoke with someone there and they don't like 121 guys even though they have a few of them flying there.

Does anyone know what the competitive minimums really are for an SIC are. Do I have a chance with 2800 hours and am a Part 135 Charter Learjet Captain.

I don't see why you wouldn't be competitive, Mins are like 2000TT. I think you really need a rec to get an interview though.

Yes. But what is competative depends on the needs at the time.
