Very good new for all!! I think that everytime a Flex or CS guy runs into a NJA guy they should hand the NJA guy a $50!! a good way to say thanks

Haven't even started INDOC and I just got a nearly 16K raise!!!! This company is SWEET!!!! Can anyone chime in about vacation time.... any word if they're considering more (like 2 weeks for years 1-5?). How about benefits (Health, 401k, and the like).... not that the raise was benefit enough.

I talked with a CS pilot who told me that Wichita, KS is one of their bases but I am unable to verify this. Does anyone know?

What is the method to change bases? Can you do a BOS in the summer and FLL in the winter by choice or is it a bid?

Yes you can do this. It is not a bid. They just verify your address is within 2 hours of your intended base.

That's a great idea (if you don't have kids or other obligations)!

Hey 9999,

Any luck getting a CS interview?

I put in my online application on Sunday, their domicile cities and recent contract improvements would work quite nicely for me.

Hate to sound so negative but remember we have no contract improvements because we have NO CONTRACT. Nothing is set in stone here. Even the memo regarding the seniority system states they can change the policies as needed. Not saying they will. But we still have some very senior FOs leaving CS for NJ not on the basis of pay but on the certainity of the NJ contract versus the whims of CS mgmt.
