Avantair doesn't charter. Just owners and cards.

Well who buys the "cards" then? Under what rule are those passengers flown? Isn't Avantair's Edge Card an alternative to a fractional share? If you don't have ownership in the airplane in which you are a passenger, then it becomes a 135 flight in this case, and therefore a charter.. available to the public. Am I getting this wrong?

Is the window painted on, or a real window? I checked Airliners and counted 7 windows on a 6 window airframe!

Akasha is correct. Owners operate under 91K while card members fall under 135.

Next round of phone calls start next week... Interviews probably a week later for a class in June and July. Probably 4-5 full time ME postions open too.

Just hired 7 new guys that are now done with type... 5 Citation X pilots and 2 300 pilots.

We have already taken 2 new 300's this year and will get 1 in June and 1 in July/September. More AC deliveries expected in Nov/Dec timeframe but nothing official yet.
