Do I have enough time for NJ or CS?

I spoke with their head HR person, Derinda McKinstry, at the last AirInc (a couple of weeks ago)....they said that the call for the interview is based on where you want to be based. For example...she said that guys that put LAX as their first choice might get called for an interview in a month, but FLL guys might be 4-5 months. They want to give everyone their first choice...so your app. goes into a pile based on the base you choose. First in first out as spots open up at the bases... Hope this helps.

Helo time question
FYI, I got invited to interview with CS w/3300TT, 1400 PIC (500RW PIC), 1700 ME and about 1300 RW time. Turned it down due to finding a killer non-flying job.
On the phone, dig deep for "customer service" stories, and where you went the extra mile... moving pax, cargo, casevac...all counts. CS seems like a great company to work for.

In the auto-email from NJA it says "Vacancies are domicile dependant. If you have (or do not have) a preference or limitation as to which domicile you would like to be assigned to please indicate that in you email/resume/application." The domiciles listed are TEB, CMH, PBI, DAL or LAX.
Of these, which ones do you think would get you in the door fastest?

Due to the high cost of living in Southern California, I've heard that LAX is the least popular domicile of choice. Therefore, I would say that if you want your resume to go into the smallest stack, pick LAX.
