You have a lot of demands for not even have completed an ATP written. Most of the time, your career path is chosen by fate, luck, and who you meet.

I would advise you to go to a Regional 121 airline to get your ATP/CTP paid for and get your ATP check ride during your type rating at that regional.

If you don't want to go to a Regional, then I strongly advise that you invest in your ATP/CTP. Having your ATP is vital to your aviation future unless you do not want to live the Part 91 bizjet market, although many Part 91 corporate are already asking for ATP on larger jets and more will in the future.

After reading all the threads I could find I applied for XOJET FO. However, I got an email from XO that has zero content. Hopefully it's not an auto TBNT but probably just an app received email. It would be a paycut but with upgrades not too lengthy I can manage. My current times are 5k TTL 2k CRJ PIC.

Bucket list thing I guess. I've always loved the X and its capabilities. Not that I wouldn't happily fly a Challenger, or any biz jet, but it's a preference. I have exactly 0 desire to go to an airline or fly a heavy. I like people and interacting with them to provide a personalized experience. I came from the FBO world and enjoy that type of service, but flying the plane is a lot better than flying that desk ever was.

Selling my soul to a regional isn't worth the free ATP either. I'd rather pay out of pocket if it becomes necessary. For now I like what I'm doing, just would like to jump into the fractionals if it's an option.

Get your ATP. You are going to need it. I was lucky enough to find a 135 willing to foot the bill for a 1 year contract. Also did my first type rating with that company. I’ve been here almost 2 years now. Things are starting to look like the airplane might go away. Having that ATP opened doors to NJA, XO and Flex. It’s an investment for your future.

I got mine through a small 135 as well. There are options out there if you don't want to do the regional route.

I have seen on FlightAware that XOJet has been flying some CL350s. Are those being crewed by XO or Vista crews.

XO has 350s. XO and VJ are separate entities. Each flies under their respective call sign. Similar to OPT and LXJ. XO does the hiring, indoc, etc for Vista along with Cabin Attendant training and hiring.
