Does XOJet STILL have a training contract? And, if so, what are the terms?

Thanks.

Just received an email for a phone screen invitation. Says they’ll ask 5/10 basic IFR/ATP questions, anyone can provide any information on this and any other details about the phone interview. Last post about it in this thread is from 2017, I’m pretty sure things have changed. Thank you.

There are a number of pilots on both fleets that conduct these phone screens. Don't sweat it, just be yourself. They are looking for proficient knowledge of IFR/ATP type stuff. If you are part 135 they may ask you about 135 regs, while if you are part 121 you may get some questions there. It's also a good opportunity to ask questions.

It will be questions from the AIM. Holding speeds, airspace limitations, oxygen requirements, alternate requirements. Nothing crazy. There aren’t any questions that get asked each time. Each phone screener asks what he/she wants to.

Yes, pay raise went into effect 1 April, 2019.

Captains received a flat $10K raise for all levels.

New pay scale for FOs is now based upon a combination of TT, MEL, PIC.

$70K, 3500 tt, 1500 mel 1500 pic
$65K, 3000 TT, 1000 mel, 1000 pic
$60K 2500 TT, 500 mel, 500 pic
$55K, 2000 TT, 500 mel, no pic time req

Whatever your total times, MEL, PIC are when you are hired will determine what your pay will be to begin.

Thanks to the pilots who worked with managment/flt ops to make this improvement.

Interesting. This is the first I have heard of it. Is it posted somewhere? The info they sent me doesn't say it and it's not posted on this website either. Thanks.

It is a brand new scale. Probably too new to be posted yet.
