$70K, 3500 tt, 1500 mel 1500 pic
$65K, 3000 TT, 1000 mel, 1000 pic
$60K 2500 TT, 500 mel, 500 pic
$55K, 2000 TT, 500 mel, no pic time req

Whatever your total times, MEL, PIC are when you are hired will determine what your pay will be to begin.

Thanks to the pilots who worked with managment/flt ops to make this improvement.
Thanks for the info! I assume you have to tick all those boxes to get the rate? I have 2300tt, 1600me (turbine), 1000pic (500 turbine pic). I guess with my experience - I am still at 55K.

Thanks!

It is reviewed every 3-6 months and you can move up in tiers I am told.

Not here and not for the purpose of meeting the tiered mins. TT is TT. Turbine is Turbine, etc.

Do you still get the extra pay for the flex schedule on top of the new pay.

How does commuting work when you are on a Flex Schedule. I understand a positive ticket is bought for you to/from work...but what if you have 1,2, or 3 day trips? I assume that’s what flex schedule is, right? Where one can get 1 day trip or 8 day trip depends on the need of the company. If so, I’m curious to how commute and positive ticket will work.

What’s per diem? Or is $80 for actual meal basically that?

Cheers!

No perdiem. $80/day meals. Not to include crew meals ordered directly from AC. You'll do 16 to 18 days a month with the flex. Ranging from 4 to 8 day runs. Dependent on need. Essentially you're bidding your days off.

Hello. I've been looking into XOJET and would advise reading all pages here. Pretty much everything you need is here plus doing more foot work via the internet and talking with others will get you a really good foundation of XOJET.

Once again, we are all different so it depends what you are looking for.

Good luck.
