BeerPlanesBabes,
Why don't you give me a call and I can fully explain my reasons for leaving. Your idea of my departure being for the schedule is completely wrong.
As for my efforts for the pilot group, thanks for your acknowledgment that I have had your interests in mind here as do the CP and DO.
Where do you think that I am painting a "rosy/perfect" picture for interviewees. I fully explain our schedule and how many days are workable. You are like many here whose only legit complaint is the 12/3 schedule and how we are trying to get all the new hires spoiled up and online.
We, hiring team, have been playing a huge game of catchup as sales have increased and planes have been brought on. We can't hire as fast as the sales happend and planes were brought on.
To add to it, late summer and fall are the busiest times for us and you know that.
As for the SIC's ...you are completely aware of the upgrade policy and the elegibility criteria. These SIC's were not eligible to move up.
So why do you act that mgmt had some other intentions to bypass them?
As for moving into the ACP role, what costs were involved in my promotion as compared to an SIC moving to PIC.

For everyone else: Ryan has not been misleading at all, is very accommodating, and is easy to talk with during the recruitment process.

Guys,
Thanks for all the well wishes. It was truly hard to make the decision to leave. I have really enjoyed my time at EAS and all the people here.
It has been a real privilege to speak to and meet many of you through out the interview process.
Keep those apps updated and maybe it happen. Good luck to all of ya'll.
I will remain active here on the EAS thread, but obviously not in the same capacity.
Thanks again!!
