Default New here info

New hire here, former airline pilot. 8/6, FO pay 58k, home based, positive space to airplane or a rented car paid by the company. Slow HR process. Only heard bad things about a particular person in Schdueling. New hire plane in my class was cj and excel. Get to keep hotel points. Interview was half TMAAT, and reading Jepp charts. IFR questions.

Has anyone applied recently? How long did it take to hear back?

Thanks!

They got behind the hiring curve last year and it took me a year to hear from them and that was with me pursuing them. I’ve been happy with the company so far but I’m still in the “honeymoon phase” the HR dept, although really nice, are new and seem to be really slow at some things. The recruiting team has recently switched up so I would keep trying if you want on with them.
Edit

Don't plan on more than 400 hours a year.

Surprised they’re not hiring in droves. DPJ has been losing 5-7 pilots per month.

Interviewing in January also. Can someone provide a footprint of the training? Heard 3-4 weeks. Where it takes place? Is it straight through? Pretty new to the fixed wing 135 side of flying. Hows it go packing for 8 days at a time? 8 changes of clothes, hope on a break to do laundry? for 25 years I came home every night after flying. Again, a pup on this side of the business. Thanks in advance for your comprehensive replies..
