By the NMB responding that they are “continuing to review the case” and that it “remains in mediation” for now is how we got screwed. Don’t expect to be released this summer (or probably even this year). I’m not surprised though. I’d expect nothing different from the do-nothings at the NMB.

What amazes me is how Biffle can say; look how small we are, size matters, and we can't afford to pay Spirit rates. Yet 8 f'ing paragraphs later, he drones on about how vital Frontier is to all these cities and how we are the second largest carrier in all these markets. How detrimental a work stoppage would be to the nation's air travel, blah blah blah. All bs, all lies, and the NMB is buying it.

Oh, Daaamn!
Hah! Still want to spend that time and money to interview here and pay this company to work for the first few months? Too funny. When the unfortunate ASA and Great Lakes place holders dry up, it's gonna get real interesting around here.

I understand they have three options on what they can do to proceed, but the option we want which ultimately gets us released is still on the table. A proffer of arbitration has never been offered on the day the company reponse is due. Of course they’re going to say we are still in mediation because they are required to inform us that they are still overseeing our case. If their plans are to release us, it wouldn’t of coincided with this letter, it will occur after they receive the letter wait a bit then make a decision. This is the government nothing happens fast.
