Every day even post contract, with the lack of operational support and simple but very important things like hotels and transportation not being booked, I constantly think I should be making more than legacy pilots. And assuming this lack of support somehow makes it to the bottom line I’m not even earning profit sharing with my inconvenience.

Got the call for the survey today. Not a bad survey if I do say so myself (not really all that knowledgeable on those things but still seemed to ask some decent questions).

Would like to see the raw data of how we as a group responded...

Survey peeps are independent - some firm in New Hampshire I believe. They probably don’t even know about the vacation.

Yeah, I noticed that as well. Is it a coincidence that now they are paying VJA rates they bumped it down to 12 credit per day to pay the same rate as before....

What I meant was not a word about changing our vacation system. I guess we are holding out for what we currently have, because it wasn't even included in the survey.
