There’s no such thing as a ULCC contract. The job is airbus pilot. The union is ALPA. How a company chooses to make its money aft of the cockpit door is not a factor.

Yep. Ours did the same thing. They kept referencing Alligent to the the NMB. Sorry we couldn’t do better for you at Spirit. Definitely a disappointment.

Thank you! I get sick of guys caving to the mindset that a ULCC pilot is somehow not worth as much as a legacy pilot. We have more passengers per aircraft. If anything, I say we’re worth more.
