Quote: they always have a gag order during sessions. I understand they never give updates during the middle of the sessions and that is why. Trust me i really think everyone is getting their hopes up too. The company wants to get the contract done i’m sure, but not at the economic value we want it done at. If the company wants to finally play ball i feel like we need to stick firm with our ask. The company will start to feel the pain pretty soon and they will have to pay up for the bull$&@$ games they’ve played all this time.

Looks like maintenance controllers ratified their contract.

I'm just an outsider looking in but I've always thought that Frontier's/Indigo's end game was to go public. Would make sense that they are trying to wrap up all the contracts before doing so.

Quote: Again, PBS uses your preferences to pick the pairings. If your preference was a certain pairing then it would try to get it for you based on your seniority. Everything with PBS is about Seniority assuming the company didn't force PBS to unstack everyone.
Quote: You are mistaken son! I won't be that shocked we are getting paid more then Spirit in 2020! No PBS either! Whoo hooo!
Quote: A sad day for the airline industry. Spirit pilots. From strikers to sellouts. Lost all my respect.
I remember you loved to trash the Spirit guys with stuff like above two posts.

Let’s see if your group will be a “sell out” like Spirit. Because it sure seems like PBS is going to be in any TA

Way to bring up old stuff. Learn that from my wife? Seriously though this PBS talk is all just pilots speculating. And it’s good we fly planes better than we speculate. PBS being in a TA is as unknown as when we will actually see a TA. Everybody needs to calm down, fly the contract, and spread the truth to potential recruits. Literally NOTHING has changed from the beginning of the year to now.

He has a point. Don't throw rocks when you live in a glass house or something like that...

Actually a lot has changed since the beginning of the year. The Chief pilot puts out a letter about how important work/life balance is and that family should always come first. Then 3 months later goes ahead and takes away pilot’s vacation. He does so out of seniority also! (Says nothing about bases in our contract). We were unofficially iced by the NMB. Not a thing happened in regards to contract talks for 6 months. The company’ disdainful attitude towards the pilots (and all employees) continued to grow with Barry heard screaming on the 5th floor “why can’t I fire all these fu!c!ng pilots”. And so 5 days ago we get a letter that simply says some progress has been made. Don’t forget the level of people we're dealing with. Don’t trust a thing they say. And let’s not waste any more time talking about the concession PBS until if/when we see an AIP
