I honestly don’t remember system wide, just my base. My post was misleading that way. Remember they just announced 22 FO vacancies, I highly doubt COLAs are coming soon. In DEN from what I’ve heard, the captain reserves are flying a lot. Just my guess. I’ve been surprised before!

I think the point is that this management teams continues to lie to us about EVERYTHING. That includes upgrades. So people came here because they were told “it’s a two to three year upgrade.” Ask the people that came here 3 years ago how is working out for them. Everything about this place is a fu##*$# mess! Why people would look beyond what are union is telling you and still come here is beyond me.
I haven’t seen the announcement of Cola’s yet, but that is just icing on the cake with how Fk’d up this place is!

There are no colas and I don't know why anyone would have a problem with them. They're voluntary and a lot of people here like to take a month off. Anyone who has been paying attention would know we are short-staffed right now going into the summer.

Last upgrade went 3 years 3 months. I am happy to pin lies on management when they actually lie about something, but this is not it. It'd be one thing if upgrade was 5+ years right now, but it's not. If anyone bi*ches about sub 4 year upgrades, they need to have some perspective.

Why would you even consider F9?
The management fired a bunch of new hires, took away vacation for all of August and they won’t pay out until January. They have sent out 100s of section 13 Disciplinary notices since July 4. A lot of Lines are built with 12 days off. First year pay is $39 no bonus, no hotel and the company will not allow the union to represent you at all in the first year. ID STAY AWAY
Sure they will get a contract but it won’t be until the next depression and will likely end up in pay cuts.

Just a little research will answer this. Things are only escalating and QOL going down. Toxic is the only word that comes to mind.

I’ll echo the above. If I were a captain at a regional airline looking to move on I’d take a job at Envoy as a street captain with flow to American before I went to Frontier. I’ve been here for several years and I’m working hard to escape.
