PHL base and Pay increase
 

So I have heard a 2-2.5 year upgrade to Captain if holding PHL and the new contract is going to increase the pay 40 percent more. If it is true then would def be a step in the right direction for you guys.

First off I NEVER said i was joining. Let me clarify that as well as something else, the scenario given was with not many people wanting to take a base in PHL the upgrade should be that length of time.
