Frontier

Everyone has there own reason for coming to or staying atF9. Like most adult decisions, only you can decide what is best.
We have our problems but so does every other company.
I remember a time when United filed bankruptcy and there were many PO'd pilots.
Look at what is important to you, disregard all the BS and make the decision that YOU think is best!

Jesus. It’s gonna be a bloodbath next 12 months. Maybe longer.

Should be good news that F9 pilots are desirable. As long as deliveries are happening at the top, the pilots have to flow up from somewhere. When deliveries slow down so will the hiring.

Hey, I want to thank everyone for the help. I knocked out the cognitive today. It was very different from any other airline I’d applied to (and gotten hired at). I don’t know about hearing back in 30 minutes. So far no word.

For what it’s worth, I couldn’t agree more that every airline has its problems. Every airline I’ve been at has had its pluses and minuses. For me, if you get to work for an airline, you’re pretty fortunate. After 2 years of not flying the line, I’ve come to miss it deeply. Everyone has their own priorities…just my thoughts after 10 years in the industry and 15 years in the Air Force. The most fun I had was as a captain on the whale. Like I said…for what it’s worth…

Interview Success

I’ve seen that the interview success rates on aviationinterviews are around 66-100%. Is that still holding true? 4 or 5/6 candidates are getting selected during each interview session? Just trying to manage my expectations. 2,273 TT, 1,500 Turbine, 765 Turbine PIC ERJ-145

Why Frontier when you have PIC turbine?

I interviewed at Southwest and got the TBNT, and nobody else has gotten back to me. I’m currently not at any airline.

The same reason most of us are here...they were the only one who called.

What’s up everybody—just wondering what an appropriate estimate is that a first year FO can expect to make? Additionally, how many hours can you expect to fly on reserve and as a line holder?
Just looking for some rough numbers—I know they vary per base, season, etc. Thanks.
