Yeah they told my interview group nobody has a clue and they change their minds every week. However they did make it pretty clear at least one will be on the east coast with lots of people betting RDU. Sounds like the other one could be in Texas somewhere. SAT or AUS seem to be candidates.

It’s interesting to me that all the LCCs are staying away from west coast bases. Don’t understand why

Higher population density and less expensive cost of living/having a new base in.

90%?! I’ve never flown with a single person here, right seat or left seat, that didn’t take the headset off...

I haven’t flown with anyone who has left their headset on either the whole flight. I’m sure that person Is a real pleasurable person to fly with.
Awkward

I keep my QC-15's (uflymike) on the whole flight. But after 180 I always uncover the captain side ear, and leave the window side ear on. I can hear the radios much better, don't have to grab for the hand mic. Has always worked great for me, never had a problem chatting with the CA.

You wouldn’t say LAX, SFO, PDX, SEA are areas of high population density ?

SEA is really out of room. But now with PAE open it might be a good option. As would BLI. Lots of Canadians love travelling out of there.

How’s the cost of living in those areas? There were 2 parts to that explanation...

Again the question was how are those areas not high density?
You can’t seem to answer the question. Your “explanation” makes no sense.

And cost of living really has nothing to do with anything if there is money to be made in that market area.
