Vja was 125% plus until we pulled Loa 65 (pretty sure it was 65? It’s all running together now) there was a group undermining everyone for straight pay (no way no how were we keeping that language). Personally I’ve done 1 ja in 13 years so I’m fine without getting calls from crew scheduling all hrs of the day. I hear what your saying about seniority. It would be better to have that and all the screwups that go with it. I’ll take more $ the few times I do one. That’s probably why we disagree.

I think it’s as simple as F9 slows hiring each summer, as that’s when many senior sim PIs have VAC, whether they fly it or chill.

My candid take after hearing Mgt this week........
They do usually slow for the summer. It’s just not due to them needing check airmen to fly because of understaffing issues. That’s all I’m trying to say.

Wow, it almost sounded like people were about to complain about the schedules and efficiency getting better.

There are more, high credit day turns, more high credit trips and more days off per line. At higher pay. With premium trips available pretty regularly.

But yeah, its negatively affecting my seniority. Lol

My thoughts exactly. I’m getting ready to do a 10 credit day trip. Unmodified 2 day where day 2 is a dh. It’s really going to suck. Before someone starts with “must be nice to be senior” I’m 50% in domicile.

13 DEN FOs in the latest vacancy. I am guessing a few retirements and guys bailing for legacies

No upgrades for the foreseeable future
